ADDITIONAL Document Preparation:
- Quit Claim Deeds: $90 Flat Fee
- All Other Documents: $240 PER HOUR
We offer a "mobile notary" service and are happy to drive to any location in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties for the closing that is convenient for the parties.
